Description:

Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy and ensuring its alignment with overall business objectives.

Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.

Managing cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.

Providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Communicating financial information to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors.

Leading and developing a team of finance professionals.

Skills:

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA or CFA.

At least 10 years UAE experience in finance and accounting roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.

Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
