The role is diverse and multi-faceted. It encompasses Corporate HR and Adminfunction, also managing the day-to-day administrative operations. As manager will be required to provide overall analytical support to help achieve strategic business results.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Review departmental budgets
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in human resource and administration
Preferable to have CIPD
working knowledge in legal and financial requirements in Egypt
Solid understanding of labor legislation
United Arab Emirates National
