Looking for a Logistics Co-Ordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Coordinate and monitor the entire logistics process including procurement, inventory management, transportation and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods
Plan and schedule transportation routes, considering factors such as cost, availability as well as delivery requirements
Handle relationships with freight forwarders, carriers as well as third-party logistics providers, negotiating rates and contracts to optimize service and cost
Track and trace shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, customs compliance as well as timely resolution of any issues or delays
Maintain and analyze logistics data, generating reports and metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
