Job Description

An Accountant helps businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances. They are responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Accountant is responsible to support the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department

Accountants provide financial advice to clients ranging from multinational organisations and governmental bodies to small independent businesses and individuals. They often specialise in particular areas of practice, including management accounting, internal audit, forensic accounting, taxation, assurance and corporate finance.

Prepare balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and other financial reports. Accountant duties and responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organization's finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

Job Requirements

Certificate or qualification in Finance and/or Accounting /

2-4 years work experience as Accountantin a hotel or similar large organization or accounting firm desirable
