Job Type: Contractual Project Location(s): Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Job DescriptionJob Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)Job Type: Contractual JobFully familiar with IVB guidelines given in per HSE-OS-ST29 / GP&E-GAIPS/STD-07 and other equivalent standardsReview of each applicable HSECES at category level based on its role in major accident prevention/ detection/ control/ mitigation/ emergency response/ lifesaving.Quality Control (Field Inspections, Technical Integrity Verification, Third Party Inspection, Contractor, sub-contractors Inspections).Review of the Performance Standards.Development of Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) of electrical equipment.Carry out verification activities as per the approved WSEs.Conduct Technical Integrity Verification (TIV) and develop reports.Knowledge of Electrical international standards and ADNOC group standards i.e. AGES/DGS.Review of hazardous area classification drawings and schedules.Review all electrical deliverables in respect of IVB verification. i.e. electrical layouts, single line diagrams, protection system schematics, and relevant studies carried out during the detail engineering/FEED stage in relation to company standards and details finalized in the FEED or conceptual engineering stage of the project, as the case may be.Verify design calculation/basis of Transformer, indoor/outdoor lighting system, Earthing & lightning, Switchgear, cable sizing, load flow, short circuit, and relevant studies in respect of guidelines set forth in company standards and prudent practices.Competency/qualification requirement:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 10-12 years exposure in oil and gas industry.Having experience in ADNOC Group Company as part of an Independent Verification Body to carry out technical integrity verification activities.
