With social media forming a critical component of the Emirates Group's integrated marketing mix, the Social Media Specialist will play a key role in telling the story of all Emirates Group brands to consumers and partners on social media, expanding global visibility, building brand advocacy amongst new audiences, and creating loyal customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute the Emirates Group social media strategy, in conjunction and close collaboration with the Social Media Manager, as well as the Public Relations, Marketing, and specialist Corporate Communications teams.

Work alongside external agencies and vendors to ensure the Emirates Group social media strategy is being executed, and agreed initiatives are implemented appropriately.

Manage the day-to-day social media operations and activities in support of Emirates Group brands and agreed business objectives.

Drive visibility and advocacy for the company's major business initiatives and products.

Job Requirements:

Marketing & Media Communication.Public Relations : 5+ Years

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)

A background in social media, public relations, corporate communications, or marketing, with additional experience in copywriting, storytelling, and/or content creation. Experience in online community management is desirable.

Excellent storytelling skills, and an understanding of how that applies to social media writing to ensure colloquial tonality and style.
