About the job
As a Real Estate Broker, you'll be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assisting with price negotiations. This position requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market and property values.
Qualifications
State licensure as a Real Estate Broker.
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with all areas of property sales and rentals.
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date with local and national real estate markets.
Proficient in MS Office, database management, and relevant software.
