General Description:

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Design & Technical Services Department in the IMEAT region, participating and supporting coordination of ongoing and prospect projects, maintaining all relevant project information and filing. The candidate will also assist with the preparation of graphic presentations and reports, including Visioning Statements, Brand Validation presentations and Committee Program presentations, and other presentations as the need arises. The candidate will assist the D&TS team with creating and coordinating projects 'Look & Feel', Area Programs and Design Brief presentations.

Job Requirements:

To execute the position of Project Coordinator, the candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, a good design sense, strong technical knowledge as it relates to hospitality projects, ideally with experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results.

The candidate will be able to multi-task and work simultaneously with different interdisciplinary stakeholders, and have strong problem solving and analytical skills. They will be diligent and can work under strict deadlines and have excellent organization skills.

The candidate will have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer, and experience working positively in a cross-cultural environment.
