Description:

We are searching for a polite, professional call center representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The call center representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

Responsibilities:

Check details on applications and ensure accuracy.

Ensure correct processing of transactions for FTC products.

Ensure prompt lodgment of Import LC & Collections documents and other FTC products.

Ensure all procedures, practices comply with banks policy and guidelines.

Ensure accuracy, correctness in processing products to offer high quality service.

Pay attention to customer complaints and take immediate action to satisfy them

Coordinate activities among reporting staff.

Daily Quality check and monitoring of Control reports.

Examine all documents to ascertain they are as per conditions of credit.

Advise discrepancies and claim reimbursements.

Requirements:

The position is responsible for processing transactions presented at the counters of Foreign Trade Centre.

These transactions are to be processed in accordance with international regulations and procedures, accurately, efficiently and within the established turn around time.

They are also responsible for exercising due diligence in checking shipping documents drawn under Letters of Credits, respond to customer enquiries and complaints.

Minimum 5 years, experience in Import Trade transactions

Knowledge of Computer systems, Knowledge of SWIFT, PC skills and internal control mechanisms

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Bilingual (preferred English, Arabic)
