1- Workshop Team Leader
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on: work priority, tools/equipment, consumables, and spare parts availability, and skills/competencies of workshop team.
Interaction with Technicians on a daily basis to include managing, work allocation, work levels, required training, coaching and performance management.
Participate in various aspects of Technical Services Department Management to support safe and efficient operation of the park.
Effectively oversees colleagues to ensure that all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently in accordance with park procedures, rides manufacturer's manuals and preventive maintenance program.
Job Requirements:
Technical/Engineering degree or diploma.
5+ years' of experience in maintenance fieldof workshop related experience, welding, fabrication and knowledge in planning, contracts and services. have basic knowledge of NDT
Decision making and problem solving ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
