Description:

To execute and deliver development projects from inception to completion, within time, to the required quality and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute the project to ensure that the quality of the final project has achieved the quality standards defined by the project brief resulting in receipt of the Completion Certificate.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Project values up to 100 million in construction

Execute the project to ensure that the progress of the project is achieved within the described timeframe keeping all team members always informed of progress.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements:

Proactive approach with good communication skills developed in a multinational environment with a minimum of 10 years major project experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel), MS Project is a must

Maintain relationships with all team members to ensure the participants consider they have actively contributed to the project's success.

Computer literate.

Problem solver.

Decision maker.

Civil Engineering and Building/ University Degree.

10 - 15 years' experience in the construction field either from a contracting or consulting background with most of the experience gained in a multinational environment.
