Job Responsibilities:
Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidates and clients, progressing with identified leads.
Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environments
Be able to upsell and cross-sell the Transguard Workforce Solutions range of services
Provide recruitment services to external clients and carry the ability to Liaise with the Line Manager
Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements to achieve revenue objectives
Source candidates for suitable vacancies in line with TG company policies and sales procedures
Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate, and internal teams/stakeholders
Ensure all necessary administration are concluded in line with company policies
Understand and meet agreed KPIs
Compile documentation for the appointment of the suitable candidate to onboard with the client
Understand the contractual Service Level Agreements, how these are delivered and what are the agreed timeframes
Ensure that individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule to meet the deadlines
Ensure comprehension of instructions provided by your line Manager to enable the delivery of tasks
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations, escalating any issues to the Line Manager in a timely manner
Ensure all activity is in line with the TG operating procedures and follows standard operating procedures
Operate in line with the industry code of ethics and relevant UAE employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
Seek support and escalate non-compliance where appropriate
Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems
Organizational and planning skills
ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills
Skilled in time management and multitasking
Possess excellent communication skills
Carry the ability to deliver on deadlines effectively
