Responsibilities:

Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidates and clients, progressing with identified leads

Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environments

Be able to upsell and cross sell the Transguard Workforce Solutions range of services

Provide recruitment services to external client, working with the Recruiter and Manager

Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue objectives

Source candidates for suitable vacancies in line with company policies and sales procedures

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a blue-collar recruiter or in a similar recruitment role in GCC

Familiarity with blue-collar job market trends, local labor laws, and recruitment practices in the UAE

Equivalent undergraduate certificate (equivalent to HNC - 1 year course)
