Responsibilities:

Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the 'new' luxury and therefore deliver 'FIVE-style' service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation - all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!

Work closely with Guests to greet, converse, and assist with enquiries - especially when VIP Guests and long-stay Guests

Occupy the hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly at busy times

Engage Guests in conversation, and provide general assistance

Manage, record, and resolve all Guest complaints promptly and effectively

Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival

Coordinate the services and special facilities provided to long-stay Guests

Understand all credit procedures and ensure they are applied

Requirements:

A Hands-on approach with a 'can-do!' work attitude

A commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion

An ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned

Good knowledge of Health & Safety and security procedures

Luxury hospitality experience as a Duty Manager or similar role

Teamwork-oriented

A positive, hardworking and outgoing personality - with a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!

Experience in managing a diverse team

Previous relevant serving experience is a plus
