Job Description For Business Analyst Internship Job Details:

Location: Jebel AliIndustry - Retail Sector Working Environment: On-site Work Type: Internship Salary: AED: 2000Duration: 2 months (convertible internship)

Requirements:

An Arab-speaking female is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, management, information systems, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and document requirements and processes.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with business analysis techniques and methodologies, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development.

Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.

Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing existing documentation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and translate them into clear and concise requirements.

Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Assist in conducting research, data analysis, and market studies to support business case development and decision-making processes.

Contribute to the development of functional specifications, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements to the development and testing teams.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and appropriately translated into technical solutions.

Support project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against milestones.

Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as project charters, process flows, and business process models.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and relevant domains.
