Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the NICGulf team to create the annual revenue goal and implement the business development plan

Managing the prospective client pipeline and collaborating with the client service teams to facilitate the sales process for all referral channels. This includes: Client Referral, and Self-Generated opportunities

Developing and implementing strategies and tactics with the NICGulf team for generating leads from different channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Understand clients' business objectives and pain points, and propose IT services solutions to meet their needs

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and contracts are executed in a timely manner

Requirements:

Candidates of European or South American origin currently residing in Dubai are preferred

1+ years of experience in a channel - Key account management / sales related role in IT Service Sector

Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including App or Software Design and Development Services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
