Leading, managing and supporting the team to achieve optimized customer experience

Responsibility to organize team professionally whilst following and and adapting processes

Identifying, building and maintaining positive internal and external stakeholder relationships

Identifying and strategizing growth opportunities with the sales team

Overviewing and enforcing payment reliabilities, terms, bonuses and credit limits

Correct and timely preparation of customer enquiries in context of quotations, orders, deliveries

Handle difficult situations with professionalism

Collaborate with the headquarter in Switzerlandon operational and project specific topics

Improve internal processes between the different departments (sales, logistics, etc.)

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and French)

Several years experience in customer service or in the building industry

Demonstrable customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service

Strong problem-solving abilities and pro-active thinking

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized with attention to details

Empathetic, and focused on providing high-quality solutions
