By showcasing the region's stunning heritage - millennium-old archaeological sites, breath-taking landscapes - Saudi Arabia intends to retell its great history.JOB DESCRIPTIONASSET & EXPERIENCE: Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.Coordinate with Commercial Division setting up Marketing Plans.Collaborate with other managers and staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.PEOPLE:Lead food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.COMMUNITY:Identify guest needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.GROWTH:Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues, and strive to continuously improve the overall dining experience.Implement innovative strategies to increase sales and profitability.EXPERIENCE & SKILLSProven food and beverage management experienceWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)Fluent English is a must and Arabic language is preferred.Be positive, hands-on, detail oriented, self-motivated, Manager level who can profitably develop additional revenues under the Kerten Hospitality umbrella.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, best practices, and industry standards.Ability to design menus that cater to different tastes, preferences, and dietary needs.JOINING OUR TEAM MEANSCompetitive Compensation: A rewarding package tailored to your experience.Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within our dynamic organization.Inclusive Environment: A vibrant and inclusive workplace that encourages collaboration.
