JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Planner for hotel projects to join our team. As a Planner - Hotels at JASARA PMC, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating hotel construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project teams to develop project schedules, coordinate with architects and engineers, conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel construction industry and proficiency in using project management software. Join us and be a part of delivering exceptional hotel projects.RequirementsRequirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - Proven experience as a Planner in the hotel construction industry - Proficiency in using project management software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Prior experience in hotel construction projects is preferred
