Job Description
Reports to: CLM Team Manager
The CLM Lead Consultant role within the Wipro Salesforce Practice is an opportunity to join our rapidly expanding Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Practice and would suit an experienced CLM professional or a Salesforce Consultant who is looking to distinguish themselves in the ecosystem by specialising in CLM and joining the most experienced CLM partner in the ecosystem.
The Lead CLM Consultant will be responsible for working with our clients to gather business requirements and implementing CLM solutions, such as DocuSign Agreement Cloud, Conga and Agiloft- often integrated with CRM systems like Salesforce. These solutions can benefit companies of all sizes by automating their System Of Agreement, improve communication, and collaborate, both inside and outside their company walls.
Key Responsibilities:
Discover:
Works with business system matter experts (SMEs) to support the agreement processes
Work with clients to gather and refine business requirements that fit in an overall Solution Design
Create business process analysis artifacts, including but not limited to use cases, stories, process flows, project schedules
Develop and present change requests for out-of-scope requests
Develop:
Collaborate closely with professional service engineers on developing and testing functionality for which requirements were gathered and documented
Participate in creating and executing test cases as well as provide assistance in UAT efforts
Deliver:
Produce training materials as part of project delivery and change management
Provide training to customers as required
Assist with transition projects from professional services to support
General:
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Proactively resolve and/or escalate issues
Participate in project decisions, escalations, prioritizations as need to achieve program goals and objectives
Coordinate project dependencies such as tasks, timelines, resource allocation and risks both internally and externally
Provide project status reports/briefings to senior professional service managers as well as project stakeholders
Contribute to a library of internal and customer-facing technical content
Work with CLM team to refine project & CLM best practices
Mentor/coach and upskill DC's and Graduates on project assignments
Skills and Experience:
Experience with Business Process Management or Business Process Mapping tool
CRM or Salesforce implementation experience (desirable)
Document Management or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation experience, such as DocuSign CLM (previously SpringCM), Conga, Agiloft, Icertis or any other leading software in CLM
Experience implementing e-signature software, such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Conga sign or any other leading e-signature software.
Previous consulting experience
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and it's administration (desirable)
Familiarity with XML and XPATH queries
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and anticipate team needs
Attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Operate and promote an environment of teamwork, self-organization and accountability. Must demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity
Ability to mentor and guide junior resources during projects
Strong analytical and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with customers, team members and management.
