Venture Capital Investment Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities in early-stage startups, leveraging your network and market insights.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective companies, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating investment terms, working closely with the investment team and legal advisors.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies post-investment, providing strategic guidance and operational support as needed.
• Actively contribute to the development and execution of investment strategies, identifying new sectors and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry stakeholders to expand our network and access to deal flow.

• Proven track record of sourcing and executing 1-2 deals, preferably in the early-stage venture capital space.
• Strong financial modeling skills and analytical capabilities, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
