_**Job Purpose**_
The E-Commerce Executive will play a crucial role in driving the online sales and digital presence of our business. This position involves managing various aspects of the e-commerce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance online customer experiences and boost sales.
- **Key Dimensions and Related Job Results**_
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's online store(s).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online promotional campaigns.
- Implement measures to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on e-commerce performance.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce activities with overall business operations.
- Collaborate with IT and web development teams to optimize the online platform.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards.
- Implement security measures to safeguard customer data and maintain the integrity of online transactions.
- **Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge**_
- Bachelor's/ Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of online retail trends and consumer behavior.
- Understanding of digital payment systems and online security measures.
- **Communication and Working Relationships**_
- Immediate supervisors on all operational aspects through feedbacks and reporting
- Customers, buyers, and external vendors etc. to ensure compliance and support

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
