Type: HourlyWhen: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM or 9AM - 5:30PM (depends on our current staff and needs)Where: Level 2/3 Business Support TeamWhat: You will support and offer cutting-edge technologies to small to medium-sized businesses. You will help engineer automation, group policies, and server maintenance. End-user support is a part of the daily work. You will primarily work from home with routine onsite visits to your assigned locations. You are a master at your craft and other departments will reach out to you for support. Your job is to be the best IT professional your clients have ever worked with. We will help you accomplish this goal through documentation and the best tools in the industry. At the same time, we strive to maintain a great work-life balance. If we work together, we can accomplish anything!REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of related work experienceActive Directory and Group Policy experienceHyperV and ESXI proficiencyProficient with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and VPN ConfigurationAbility to troubleshoot software issuesOffice 365 proficiencyExcellent communication skills and the ability to instruct non-technical usersWillingness to work as part of a team to deliver quality service to our clientsTime management and task prioritization skillsExperience performing onsite services and projectsBONUS POINTS - PREFERRED SKILLS
Cisco/Datto switches and SonicWall/Watchguard Firewalls experience60+ WPM typing speedPowershell and command line (scripting) proficiencyPlatform experience in: Auvik, Connectwise Automate, Connectwise Control, Acronis, Repairshopr, IT GlueITIL best practices followedCertificationsAS/BS DegreePrior MSP and Sales experienceWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
