Job DescriptionHealth Economics & Outcome Research - take a leading role in assessing any Outcomes studies and the application thereof to the local market.Work collaboratively across different functional areas, serving as a resource within the region and by leveraging the expertise of others.Act and react between the access and other cross-functional departments.High level of awareness on different reimbursement systems, process and guidelines.Set up and maintain a communication forum for delivering latest news/developments to the company to support building strategic decision and track competitors' activities.Establish Market Access strategies, objectives, and tactical plans in alignment with the brand strategies.Clear understanding of the tender process especially in Saudi market.Work on innovative pricing schemes and managed entry agreements.Develop and implement Market Access Strategies.Initiate formulary drug lists negotiations to facilitate the access of the strategic products.Manage the relevant responsibility to Market Access activities.Work closely with regulatory team & pricing team on the development of the pricing and reimbursement strategy that optimizes the life-time value of the products, in line with the corporate guidance.Assessment of the pricing competitive landscape.Map and assess the business impact of current and future market access environment & price regulation changes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in pharmacy.3-5 years' experience with consistent success in pharmaceutical.1+ year experience in patient access or key account / stakeholder managementExperience in Saudi Market.Demonstrated strong communication skills.Interpersonal skills - Influencing, negotiation, collaboration and teamwork.Leadership to initiate & execute responsibility under minimum guidance.Effective analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.Saudi nationality.Previous working experience with Saudi Ministry of Health & governmental institution (NUPCO, King Faisal specialist hospital, King Fahad medical city and others)Excellent background in Pharmacoeconomics (Budget impact analysis, Cost effectiveness)Positive and optimistic attitude.Good to have a background on GCC healthcare system.Additional InformationAll Sobi employees need to demonstrate behaviors in line with Sobi's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.
