**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
- Generating sales reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote products or services.
- Continuously improving product knowledge and staying updated on market trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the sales industry, preferably in a relevant market.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
