Full job description

• Degree in engineering, preferably related to the automotive industry
• Preferably 5 years’ experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Independent and also a team player

• In charge daily operation of production department on QC and QA matters.
• Support the sales department on aftersales support understanding the customer issues and listing out spare parts or activities to be performed.
• Troubleshooting equipment, sub-assemblies and components to identify the failure’s root cause and implementing any corrective action to avoid repeating.
• Support the purchasing department in preparing technical documents, drawings, SOP, specifications, or any other material that is required to fulfil suppliers' inquiries.
• Supporting the Head of Operations on new product development and product transferring processes preparing technical documents, drawings, bills of material and manuals.
• Provide training and technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
