This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced entrepreneurial sales professional with natural business development capability to join the company to lead and be the face of their DOTCH brand in Ireland. The DOTCH Sales Representative will be a pioneer in the Irish market, responsible for utilising their network to lead new business generation, maintaining a book of existing clients and upselling where possible. The selected candidate will report to the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and collaborate with the wider international sales team to achieve exponential growth. This is a newly created role in Ireland for an expanding company with great career progression and benefits; including a competitive salary, bonus/commission structure and a company car. Applicants are welcome from any location in Ireland as the role has a flexible working environment. Website: Responsibilities: Generation of new sales and cross selling opportunities within annual targets Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients within the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sector to achieve target retention rates, improved profitability and organic growth Demonstrate and explain a product/service in a structured approach, to ensure new and existing business is enhanced Keeping senior management aware of competitive activity in the market Work cross-functionally with other teams e.g. Customer Service, Logistics Structured customer care to ensure customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and further expansion of existing customer business Education and Qualifications Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Medical and Biotech sector, specifically Cleanroom related products/services At least 3-5 years of direct sales and/or technical experience in the service sector Experience in dealing with customers and key decision makers Commercial knowledge and business acumen Person Specification Structured, entrepreneurial, autonomous, and results-driven way of working A strong communicator, both written and verbal Entrepreneurial thinking and action Flexibility and a strong willingness to travel Established network in Ireland Benefits: Competitive Salary Transparent Bonus Structure Company Car Pension Phone & Laptop Flexible working environment Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
