Cloud Engineers ( AWS/Azure/ GCP)

Job Overview: As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and lead initiatives to optimize our cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of advanced cloud-based solutions using platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Infrastructure Engineers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable cloud architectures.

Architect and optimize automated deployment pipelines to streamline application delivery.

Conduct regular performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning to ensure system reliability.

Schedule and complete the migration of workloads from remote self-managed datacenters to cloud managed environments.

Implement and enforce security best practices, including conducting regular security assessments.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are designed for scalability and maintainability.

Participate in On-Call rotation regarding production infrastructure outages.

Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4 years of relevant experience

Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.

Extensive hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

In-depth knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical initiatives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.

Prior experience maintaining network and server equipment remotely as well as participating in datacenter relocations is a plus.
