About Our Client The client is a luxury hospitality company that is looking to grow their customer base and to expand further locally and internationally. Job Description The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for:Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain high net worth guestsPlaning and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract prospective customersUtilising a variety of channels including digital marketing, social media and strategic partnerships to effectively promote the companyMonitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioningEnsuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materialsDeveloping and managing budgets for sales and marketing activitiesRepresenting the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesLeading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales and marketing team The Successful Applicant The Sales and Marketing Director needs to have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)15+ years of sales and marketing experience including minimum of 5 years in a Director of Sales and Marketing roleA career background within international luxury hospitality, fitness or wellness organisationsStrong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and brand management strategiesExcellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills What's on Offer There is a competitive package on offer and an unrivalled opportunity to join a luxury company in the hospitality industry.
