JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Estimation Engineer to join our team. As a Cost Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for our projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the cost estimation process is thorough and aligned with project requirements. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our diverse range of projects.Responsibilities Gather and analyze project data to determine cost factors including materials, labor, and equipment Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and requirements Collaborate with project teams to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations Perform cost analysis and evaluation to validate and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle Review and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness Prepare cost reports and documentation for project proposals and presentations Keep abreast of industry trends and market prices to maintain accurate cost estimation benchmarks Participate in value engineering sessions to optimize project costs
