JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team. As a Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our organization's health and safety programs to ensure the well-being of our employees and compliance with applicable regulations. You will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement within our company.JASARA PMC is a reputable company in the construction and project management industry, known for our commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality projects. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to our continued success.Responsibilities Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate preventive measures Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations Lead incident and accident investigations, and develop and implement corrective actions Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and practices Manage health and safety documentation, records, and reporting Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement
