JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to lead our Cruise Ship Terminal. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of these complex projects. JASARA PMC is a leading Program Management Company in the civil engineering industry, committed to transforming social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the Cruise Ship Terminal projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Develop and maintain effective project plans, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues Oversee the procurement process, including contract negotiations and vendor selection Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders Lead regular project meetings, facilitating communication and problem-solving Manage project finances, tracking expenses and ensuring budget adherence
