What We're Looking For As a Product Designer, you will be key in creating user-centric experiences that contribute to revolutionizing how customers sell, enabled by generative AI and machine learning. You will play an important role in developing a platform specifically designed for the needs and nuances of the Latin American market Key Qualifications:

• A proactive problem-solver with outstanding analytical capabilities, experienced in analyzing usability, product, or business metrics using tools like Google Sheets, Mixpanel, and Hotjar
• Proven track record of executing exceptional user experiences, showcasing a consistent ability to turn innovative concepts into practical, impactful solutions
• Expertise in Figma for UI/UX design, capable of designing interfaces and creating interaction flows including sitemaps, user flows, blueprints, storyboards, scenarios, and use cases
• A track record of conducting user research and translating insights into product enhancements, utilizing methods like usability testing, interviews, card sorting, and benchmarking (competitive analysis)
• Thrives in Fluidity: Possesses a refined ability to navigate and flourish within the ever-shifting sands of ambiguity, viewing the undefined and the unpredictable not as hurdles, but as gateways to creativity and groundbreaking solution
• Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Advanced English language skills
• +5 years of experience as a product designer in a fast-paced startup environment

• Develop and refine the UX/UI of our platform, ensuring it meets the specific needs of marketing and sales professionals
• Conduct detailed research and tests with users to capture their needs and preferences, using this information to continuously refine and improve the product experience
• Stay in tune with the latest industry developments to constantly improve the user experience at Nuvia
• Actively collaborate in defining the product's strategy and direction, focusing on the development of features that provide real and measurable benefits to users
• Work closely with product and engineering teams
• Take ownership of initiatives and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work
