Create and maintain an inclusive and positive workplace culture. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Conduct employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing guidance to both employees and managers. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration. Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations, and maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements. Handle visa and immigration-related matters for expatriate employees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 4+ years of UAE experience in a Human Resource management role Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits management Understanding of Labour laws, Visa process, government regulations and compliance requirements in the United Arab Emirates Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience in the real estate industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
