Clerical Officer Grade III

I am currently looking for a Clerical Officer for our client who is within the public sector. This is a Grade III position based in Mayo with an immediate start. This is a temporary contract for 3-6 months initially with further work available for the right candidate. Duties:

• Providing administration support to the team
• Preparing and tracking of assessments
• Populate, maintain and update databases and records

• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
• Efficient use and maintenance of filing and document management systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks
