We are hiring Lead Branch Operations (Parcel)Job locations: Bangalore, Hosur & Coimbatore.Purpose of the Job:Strategic planning and managing business, channel sales, operations & other allied functions of the allocated business unit in Parcel & Courier vertical.Driving the Channel / Direct Sales function and Channel Partners to achieve the sales target.Driving the Credit Control function to achieve the collection target and keeping a tap on timely collection remittance from Channel Partners. Driving the Operations function to achieve the desired service level.Cost control and network expansion. Quality management as per TQM standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Forecast Sales Target & Achieve Sales Revenue Forecast Collection Target & Achieve Collection RevenueForecast emerging markets and set goals for network expansion Achieve above 90% Vehicle Capacity Utilization Achieve 100% on time booking and delivery of consignments Achieve 100% data capture in ERP and enhance visibility to customers Identify potential vendors and groom them to enhance vendor base Review the service level and training the team to achieve better standardsIdentify opportunities for low-cost operation and implement plans to reduce costEstablish standardized work and train team members in order to achieve quality operations.
