Details Below-Role- Planning Tower ExpertLocation- Mumbai/Kolkata/Bangalore/Delhi/ChennaiExp-14 to 18 YearsRole-As a SCM Planning Tower Expert , your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Understanding the Supply Chain and Sourcing canvass for both manufacturing as well as service industry customers Managing large SCM customer engagements with global delivery centersLeads large cross-functional projects with risks identification & mitigation and complexity to achieve milestones and objectivesLead and drive growth and transformation for the accountResponsible for customer engagement delivering value beyond contractually agreed metricsDrive transformation including automation and digital interventionsLead customer business review meetingsGovernance management with customer and internal stakeholdersLead and participate in cross sell / upsell activities within the accountsAnticipates internal/external business and regulatory/compliance issues; recommends transformation, product, process or service improvementsSupport new deals / RPFs from delivery perspectiveChallenge current services, technologies or products and recommends alternative solutions, value analysisFocus on delivery, understanding the supply dynamics, product mix, master scheduling, logistics and warehouse dynamics aligned with customer demand Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders such as SCM, Sourcing, Factory, Suppliers, Warehouses, Depots, SKUs etc.Increasing staff motivation and morale through effective performance appraisal and career development by training, coaching, providing feedback and integrating reward systemsStrong exposure in creating a high performance-driven culture, employee engagement & customer centricityCoaching and motivating the team, optimally deploying for project requirementsInterested Candidates Can ApplyRegardsTanya KansalTCS-TAG PRB
