Education Specialist

We are seeking a motivated education specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing monthly articles/blogs/customer stories, gathering customer and sector research data and support in analysis data and conducting physical events for schools. As a Varthana Education Specialist, you will work closely with schools, travel to different schools/locations when permitted and help school management as well as teachers with program implementation.This role requires you to work closely with the sales and credit team at Varthana and establish strong Varthana brand value to schools by providing the right solution. The main responsibility is to deliver high-quality marketing content educational programs and services to our clients and stakeholders.Key Role deliverables:Write monthly educational articles, blogs content and customer stories to increase Varthana's digital footprintSupport in webinars & physical eventsSupport in relationship building with the schoolsBuilding and maintaining relationships with school associations and central foundations to co-create and drive initiativesSupport the growth of the education solutions team by supporting internal strategy/process, product or customer report and business team to improve core businessFollow up at regular intervals with internal and external stakeholders and provide additional support when requiredLead product/program presentations or demonstrations and capture customer feedbackCultivate and nurture relationships with education partnersUndertake regular documentation and reportingMonitor and support the implementation of programs in schoolsPreferred profileGraduate/Post graduate with 1-3 years of experience in the education sectorUnderstands and is fluent in the English and local languageAdds value to our understanding of India's educational landscapeLeads a variety of tasks; being organized and well-planned is crucialHas experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with teachers and schooladministrationDemonstrates effective communication and coordination skills not just with the stakeholders inschools, but also with the employees in VarthanaInteracts effectively with a variety of individuals including colleagues, school leaders, teachers,parents, students, the greater beyond loans team, and solution providersDemonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys interacting with peopleProactive and innovative, takes initiatives with an open mind and is self-driven.Willing to travel across the state allocated.This is an exciting opportunity for an applicant to make a significant impact in the education sector.
