Sr AI Engineer - Gen AI, Python Programming, Datastructures and Algorithms, Langchain/Haystack

General Summary:The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for developing high-quality, innovative, fully performing AI-based applications in compliance with coding standards. This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that software deliverables, including designs, codes, and tests, are completed in a timely manner while remaining aligned with industry and organizational standards.Location - Bangalore or PuneRole type - Permanent (Hybrid - 3 days work from office)Skills, Roles and Responsibilities -Python programming with fluency in commonly used libraries (e.g. Langchain, Haystack)Understanding in Data Structure and OOPs concept.Experience in developing production grade code on a regular basis.Developing RAG based Gen AI applications with in-depth understanding of basic concepts like embedding, vector database & LLM.Situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business partner requirement.Proficient in SQL and/or other data manipulation languages.Proficient in Version controls systems such as Git.Knowledge of at least one cloud platform (e.g. AWS) and its relevant services (e.g. EMR, S3, and SageMaker).Interpret business requirements and translate into ML/ AI deliverables.Ability to break down and communicate complex, highly technical concepts to audiences of varying technical understanding.Builds, and maintains large-scale production services and data pipelines.Influence others within the ML/ AI team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practicesWorks on systems critical to company's current and future operationsDebugs production issues across services and multiple levels of the stackResearches, analyzes, and documents findings.Assists with improvement of organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processesParticipates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of softwareEvaluates codes to ensure validity, proper structure, alignment with industry standards, and compatibility with operating systemsMaintains an understanding of current technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.About Company:ConnectWise is an IT software platform built by the innovation of several minds passionate and committed to helping technology solution providers (TSPs) realize their success in today's ever-evolving marketplace.
