Responsibilities:Audits of vehicleHandling Customers Warranty tickets.Closing given ticket based on TAT, keeping the customer posted on the work done & time required.Ensuring Quality of work & quality feedback from customers.Interacting with OEM & Manufactures regarding Warranty, Service, InsurancesWorking on TAT, Fleet Management, Parts.Developing New process & implementing new ideaRequires Skill:Graduate or Postgraduate4-6 Years of relevant experience and 2-3 years of experience in EV Commercial Vehicles is mandatoryShould be willing to trave PRB
