Your key  job  responsibilities as the  Italian speaking Luxury Customer Advisor  in  Cape Town, South Africa : Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalised assistance and product recommendations Understand clients' preferences, lifestyles, and aspirations to tailor solutions that resonate with their unique tastes Develop a deep understanding of our luxury product range, from exquisite fashion to elegant accessories, in order to provide expert advice to clients Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product launches to effectively showcase the brand's offerings Embody the essence of our luxury brand, adhering to brand guidelines and conveying a sense of prestige in all interactions. Contribute to the creation of a luxurious in-store ambiance that aligns with the brand's identity Requirements for this  Italian speaking Luxury Customer Advisor job  in  Cape Town, South Africa : Fluent in Italian and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred A genuine passion for luxury brands, lifestyle trends, and an eye for elegance Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
