The role of the Wholesale Sales Representative is to focus on the growth and sale of the edible oils, and bakery oils nationallyThe role will be based in either Durban or Johannesburg depending on where the suitable candidates resides .Requirements: National Senior CertificatePost-Matric qualification an advantageMinimum of 5 years experience in the Wholesale sales role within edible products Must be willing to travel nationally within South AfricaKey Responsibilities: Initiate communication to current and prospective wholesales to grow the 20lt Palm, 20lt Oil bucket market, Baking oil ingredientsMust work closely with buyers and owners and drive sales into wholesalers, drive sales out by ensuring sales plans and strategy are done to ensure growth Technical support to end users, training of wholesalers reps and helping customers conversion from competitor products to oursRespond to enquries, providing comprehensive information both to the custoemrs and internal departmentsAddress customer needs, queries and concerns courteously and promptlyBuild strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and post-sale supportCollaborate closely with the cross functional departments to ensure seamless customer experienceAccurately document customer interactions, enquiries and resolutionsMeet or exceed sales targets and KPI's set by the line manager while delivering exceptional customer serviceManage the market expectationsTicket resolution efficiently and effectivelyDevelop and implement the channel strategy and marketing plans
