Title:BUSINESS ANALYSTLocation:Saint Paul,MinnesotaNOTE:Its a HYBRIDJobDescriptionSUMMARY:Collaborateswith the business lines to understand their needs as it relates toinformation Using their knowledge of the organization s technologyinfrastructure and specific software applications, they help thebusiness to address changes through Investigates the overallbusiness needs, creates a business case and then defines therequirements using various approaches such as use cases, thendecompose the requirements to a sufficient level of detail allowingthe implementation team to takeESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:Planningrelated to the tasks associated with business analysis and thesoftware developmentRiskassessment-using methods to identify risk, probability, impact andhow to mitigate thoseManageRequirements to understand the requirements change process, andOrganizationalAnalysis to identify current capabilities and identifyopportunities forContinuouslyrefine and improve business and IT processes for efficiencyCommunicateRetail, Commercial and FinTech teams needs with IT regardingimplementation, system enhancements, andLead thework effort to ensure business operations & processes areprepared for system changes, training, SOPWork withinternal and external business partners to define businessrequirements associated with system utilization &enhancementLeadand organize User Acceptance Test with business (UAT).
