Roles andResponsibilities • Configure, implement, install andsupport MDM application infrastructure, mobile device profiles,security policies, mobile applications, and other MDM components.• Monitor existing infrastructure and configurations forcompliance, security, and performance, and take required actionsincluding upgrades, patches & configuration changes.• Manage the application & device lifecycles forMDM managed applications and devices. • Work withcross-functional teams and vendor support to troubleshoot issueswith infrastructure and configurations. • Collaborate withBusiness IT teams and vendors to develop and implement newsolutions to meet business requirements. • Collaboratewith security teams to plan and implement best practices to secureInfrastructure, Applications and Configurations. • Monitorand ensure completion of ITSM activities within SLA's• Multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment withchanges and multiple deadlines • Create and maintaindocumentation on infrastructure, processes and support as percompany standards. • Monitor and interpret vendor and OEMupdates for applicability to existing environments andconfigurations including upgrades, patches, EOL's,compatibility matrix's and act. • Participate incapacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and cost managementefforts. • Stay updated with emerging MDM trends andtechnologies, and make recommendations for adoption whereapplicable.
