Your MainAccountabilities will include also: • Execute countrymedical plans locally by representing the medical expertise in TAsand products and through scientific engagement with the medicalcommunity • Provide disease state education, medicalinformation and research support • Share any relevantscientific insights from medical community with MSL lead •Train colleagues internally, all in accordance with global andlocal compliance and regulations Key Tasks • Develop andmaintain scientific and medical expertise (TAs and products)• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with KOLs,HCPs and professional organisations • KOL engagement, keyaccount medical support, training and other appropriate activities• Facilitate scientific engagement, scientific exchangeand medical information • Provide Disease State Education,clinical presentations and respond to medical requests •Update medical team and other internal stakeholders on medicalcommunity interactions • Provide medical support forpatient and formulary access products following global and localpolicies and procedures • Support the development,implementation and completion of medical activities (advisoryboards, congress symposia, hospital meetings and speaker programs)• Serves as a medical resource for internal medical andsales training • Support company sponsored clinicalresearch and IIS process • Attend relevant scientificmeetings and conferences and support development of summaries ofkey data, presentations or symposium • Ensure compliancewith applicable local and global laws, regulations, guidelines andcompany policies and procedures • Develop personal andprofessional capabilities to improve skills and professionalcapabilities Your Profile The knowledge and skills necessary toperform the duties of this position are typically acquired throughthe following combination of education, experience and knowledge,or the equivalent. Minimum Requirements • MSc in MedicalField (e.g. Pharmacy, Nursing, Chemistry or Biology) •Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical practice,research or pharmaceutical medical affairs • Minimum of 5years' experience with pharma industry and healthcarecompliance requirements locally and globally •Demonstrated experience in KOL, HCP or medical community engagement• Excellent oral and written communication skills in and good oral and written communication skills inEnglish • Experience in public scientific presentations• Ability for overnight travel, up to 50% PreferredRequirements • Doctoral level degree (MD, PharmD or PhD)or • Clinical and/or research experience in InternalMedicine, Nephrology or Cardiology • 3 years'experience as MSL/Field Medical within pharmaceutical experience• Strong track record in KOL engagement •Experience in clinical research and GCP trained •Experience in literature review and analysis • Experiencein planning and delivering Medical Trainings About CSL Vifor CSLVifor aims to become the global leader in iron deficiency andnephrology.
