Sapphire Plaza Hotel, is currently seeking adedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a FoodSafety and Hygiene Executive. As the Food Safety and HygieneExecutive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the higheststandards of food safety and hygiene are maintained throughout ourhotel. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring foodsafety procedures, training staff on proper hygiene practices, andconducting regular inspections to identify any potential risks orareas forimprovement. ResponsibilitiesDevelopand implement a comprehensive food safety and hygieneprogramTrain and educate staff on proper foodhandling, storage, and hygienepracticesConduct regular inspections ofkitchens, storage areas, and dining facilities to ensure compliancewith food safety regulationsInvestigate andresolve food safety and hygiene-related incidents orcomplaintsDevelop and maintain documentationand records relating to food safety andhygieneStay updated on the latest food safetyregulations and industry bestpracticesCollaborate with other departments toensure a culture of food safety and hygiene throughout thehotel
