Managing EmployeeDevelopment• Supports adepartmental orientation program for employees to receive theappropriate new hire training to successfully perform theirjob.• Ensures employees arecross-trained to support successful dailyoperations.• Uses all available on thejob training tools for employees; supervise on-going traininginitiatives and conducts training, whenappropriate.• Ensures coordination andfacilitation of new hire orientation program to generate a positivefirst impression for employees and emphasize the importance ofguest service in company culture.•Ensures attendance by all new hires and participation of theleadership team in training programs•Collaborates with management team to ensure departmentalorientation processes are in place and employees receive theappropriate new hire training to successfully perform theirjob.
