Mechanical Engineering preferably with 1 year of experience in production shift management• Ability to lead & engage a high performance team• Be a tech savvy and enjoys learning in digital space• Good Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Communication Skills• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto cad and other value-added computer tools
