Responsibltiy:Assisting withpersonal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing,grooming, dressing, and eating.Following aprescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting withexercise and administering medication.Ensuringthe client's home is organized according to their needsand that safety measures are in place. You may also be expected toassist with some light housework.Providingemotional support and encouragement to perform necessarytasks.Providing mobility assistance may berequired, for example helping the client in and out of bed, achair, or a wheelchair.Transporting orescorting the client to medical and otherappointments.Monitoring and reporting changesin health, behavior, and needs.
