Responsiblity:Developingand implementing effective coaching strategies to help clientsovercome employment-relatedchallenges.Identifyingclients' strengths and advising them on how to use thosestrengths to secure employment or excel in their chosen careerpath.Providinginformation on suitable career paths based on clients'skills, qualifications, interests, andexperience.Conductingtests to assess clients' skills and abilities and providingfeedback on testresults.Reviewingclients' resumes and suggesting improvements asneeded.Maintainingaccurate records of clients'progress.Liaisingwith employers to identify possible job opportunities for clientswithdisabilities.Teachingclients with disabilities how to use job-related tools,instruments, and equipmentcorrectly.
